They are now looking for a Property Manager to manage their small but growing portfolio! The Role

• Property Manager required to manage a clean portfolio of around 100 properties
• Properties all within close proximity to the office
• End-to-end duties, excluding BDM and Trust Accounting
• Property Me Software used

The Requirements

• At least 2+ years experience as a Property Manager, end to end
• Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Reliable motor vehicle and driver's license
• Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
