Property Manager - North/West Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for someone who loves talking to clients. At LongView we don’t just focus on service, we focus on the entire experience. That’s why we have team members 100% committed to building trusted relationships with our clients while other members perform the highly administrative and important task that can seriously clog up our day.

What you'll do

• The relationship with our valued clients
• Communicate with our clients
• Portfolio Management - North/West
• 20% of your routine inspections
• Final inspections

The Perks

We take majority of the admin away, so that you can focus on building relationships and we have fully dedicated resources that manage majority of the following activities for the Senior Property Manager:

• Entry Condition Reports
• Routine Inspections
• Administration
• VCAT
• Open for inspections

Experience / Qualifications

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Police Check Excellent verbal & written communication
• Minimum 2-3 years property management experience Most of all a team player
