ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team. You will manage a portfolio that comprises inner-city and surrounding properties. 

We believe Property Managers should be relieved of routine inspections, leasing and trust accounting distractions.  We want you to deliver outstanding customer service and not spend half your day on the road. 

You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your owners and tenants and concentrate on being a first class Property Manager.

Key Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls & emails.
• Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate lease renewals & rent reviews.
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance.
• New Tenant sign ups.
• Final Inspections  & bond disposals.
• Arrears Management.

WHAT YOU NEED

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
• Current PM Registrations.
• A current driver's licence & reliable vehicle.
• Ability & desire to develop, implement and follow processes.
• Strong administrative skills and time management.
• You will be 'coachable' and have a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt your work approach to circumstances as required.
