We have a Casual position 2 days per week Tuesday & Wednesday during school hours 9am-2.30pm, vehicle provided to undertake routine inspections finalise and commence subsequent maintenance.

We have a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies & Rooming Accommodation Act, Building and Property Maintenance, Neighbourhood Issues, Insurance Claims, QCAT Claims (Court House is Opposite our Office) and so on.

We’ve managed properties through droughts, floods, cyclones, recessions, booms, low vacancy and high vacancy. Systems and prcesses that are flexible in varying markets allows Property Managers to provide the service to cater to the market.
