Property Manager - Routine Inspections - with Growth Opportunities

Are you an experienced Property Manager ready for a new challenge?

If you are an enthusiastic team player who thrives being busy, a fantastic opportunity awaits to join a supportive and dynamic team based in our Bulimba office. Currently seeking casual for 7 months with potential to become a permanent part time employee.

24-30 hours per week and can be very limited hours during School Holidays. 

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is seeking a genuine career opportunity & would like to be a valuable member of a small company, ready to hit the ground running. The role will involve working with a team of 3 to provide the highest level of communication and customer service and to ensure a seamless experience for both owners and tenants. 

• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Carrying out routine, entry and exit inspections
• Arranging repairs & maintenance and liaising with tradespeople   
• Monday-Friday Role with limited Saturdays during peak periods - Flexible working hours can be negotiated for the right person
• iPhone & iPad provided

About you

The successful candidate will have experience working in a small team environment and have the ability to adapt and implement new processes. We are looking for someone with a high level of written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent phone manner and sound competency in Microsoft Office.  

The candidate will ideally possess the following: 

• Current Queensland Driver’s License
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Previous Real Estate experience
• Confident Communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment 
• Experience with Property Tree, ADL Forms would be highly regarded 
• An Enthusiastic can-do attitude!
