Property Manager - Urgent Hire

We are looking for a highly experienced Property Manager to join our small team.

You will play an integral role in managing and growing our rental department and your responsibilities will include all aspects of property management, from coordinating tenant selection and tenancy agreements, conducting property inspections, managing maintenance requests, to overseeing the overall operations of the department.

We utilize the OurProperty property management platform which largely automates the Property Management process and also means we do not have a Trust Account for you to manage.  OurProperty experience is favourable.

The ideal candidate will bring with them a sound knowledge of property management and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the rental market. An exceptional ability to communicate, organizational prowess, an attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential. You will also be proactive, capable of working independently, and prepared to lead a team as the department grows.
