We’re looking for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Portfolio Management team based in Sydney. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic property outcomes for a diverse range of ASX-listed and global clients, across Australia’s national industrial markets. Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Portfolio Management team to manage the property portfolios of major industrial occupiers


• Supporting and negotiating new leases and renewal of leases across ANZ


• Oversee the management, maintenance and reporting of key client data


• Establish and maintain regular client meeting cadences


• Management of lease lifecycle from commencement through to lease end and make good negotiations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial property or portfolio management


• Strong understanding of lease terms and property fundamentals


• Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset, with demonstrated capability of effectively communicating with executives and operational teams.


• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver with precision in a deadline-driven setting


• Class 2 NSW Real Estate Agents Licence
