Property Manager - Inner South Brisbane:

• Manage 170 properties 
• Leasing support for open homes 
• NO BDM or Trust Accounting 
• $75,000 - $80,000 + Super

Property Manager - Inner North Brisbane 

• Manage 140 properties 
• Assistant PM's & Relief PM's in place 
• 2 years experience 
• From $80,000 + Super 

Property Manager - Redlands

• 110 properties 
• End - end property management 
• Leasing support 
• $80,000 + Super 

Property Manager - Southern Suburbs

• Property Manager
• $80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commissions 
• Monday - Friday 
• Inspection Officer for all Open Homes

Assistant Property Manager - Inner CBD Suburbs 

• Career Growth to step into a portfolio 
• Assist with in & out of office tasks
• Monday - Friday only
• From $60,000 + Super 

New Business BDM

• Key Focus on NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Help build the Rent Roll 
• Brisbane CBD
• From $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Car + Comms

Sales Associate

• Work alongside a Lead Agent

• $65,000 - $70,000 + Super

About You
You will be an experienced Real Estate professional with the following: 

• A minimum of 2+ years experience in Real Estate with Property Management or Sales
• Must have a current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Great Customer service skills and ability to work autonomously
