Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in investment and development properties.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A self-starter who is motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Real Estate License or a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• This is a Commission Only Role - earnings potential is only limited by your drive to succeed.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Drive sales of investment properties, development sites, and residential real estate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and market insights.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that enhance property visibility and appeal.
