Property Valuer - RPV/CPV

About the role:

This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. Working with Opteon's best in market propriety property software and systems enables our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture. 

The position is based in Darwin NT with fully flexible working arrangements.

The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

About you:

We are seeking a driven professional with not only high valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential space
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
