About the role:

All Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (PEN2) staff are advised of the opportunity to progress to the level of Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level 3 (PEN3).

This classification has been designed to recognise the development of advanced clinical knowledge and clinical practice at a higher level than normally expected at Level 2.
