Job Description

You will be further developing your knowledge and skills as Psychologist to support adults and children with a variety of presentations. As a NDIS registered provider we support clients with anxiety, depression, Autism, developmental disabilities and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn and conduct IQ and other diagnostic assessments. Your caseload is varied, and the support is thorough.

• Quarterly professional development  with our team of Psychologists across the organisation.
• Monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors every month to help you achieve your career goals.
• Allocated buddy  to support you through your induction and beyond.
• Weekly clinical 1:1 supervision  in a safe and supportive environment from an  experienced Psychologists for Provisional Psychologist and moving to monthly for experienced Psychologists.
• Regular catch ups and training with your our new graduate team. 
• The opportunity to  observe experienced clinicians  from all disciplines in therapy sessions.
• Access to our  online Learning and training library.

We can provide your Board approved Supervision and training to become Fully Registered or you can source your own supervisor ( pay varied dependent on this).

Qualifications

You have

• Full Australian work rights
• Provisional Registration or full Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
• At least a 5 year degree in Psychology
• Current driver’s license
• Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
