Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are currently looking for friendly and detail-oriented public area attendants to maintain the impeccable presentation of our public spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both public and back-of-house areas while ensuring high standards of safety and security. If you have a passion for cleanliness, teamwork, and providing exceptional service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain public and back-of-house areas to high standards, adhering to hotel guidelines.
• Assist with regular stocktaking of cleaning equipment.
• Safely handle and store cleaning agents in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with room cleaning, houseman duties, the laundry and uniform room, and as other tasks required.
• Provide assistance to team members and support with guest requests as needed.
