Perched just north of Toowoomba in Harlaxton, the Blue Mountain Hotel is a local favourite with a big personality and we’re looking for the right people to join our crew. First built in 1888 and now beautifully renovated, our heritage-listed pub is the perfect mix of old charm and fresh, modern vibes. With sweeping views over the Lockyer Valley, it’s not just a great place for our guests to relax. It’s a stunning place to work!

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
