QA Officer- Quality Management System

We are recruiting a permanent fulltime QA Officer- QMS to join our friendly and professional Quality team based at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane. 

Reporting to the Team Lead- Quality Management Systems, this role will assist and support the Quality Management function of Metagenics to ensure we meet our Quality Management Systems requirements.

 Key Responsibilities include;

• Update and manage the Quality System with relevant information from Changes Controls, non-conformances and CAPAs
• Coordinate the Change Controls, NCRs and CAPAs with the relevant persons
• Distribute Change Controls, NCRs and CAPAs to the relevant persons, according to the process route, ensure follow up actions & reminders to relevant person to ensure the due date and timelines are met. 
• Assist in the QA investigation of non-conformances, planned deviation and CAPAs
• Prepare and distribute the Overdue List for Quality Systems and assist in the creation of QMS report.
• Assist in our QMS digitalisation process improvement initiatives
• Manage temperature monitoring for controlled areas across our sites.
• Contribute to general data entry activities into Sharepoint registers and Excel, provide administrative support as required to QA team members
• Complete electronic archive scanning and manual archiving of Quality Assurance documentation in a timely, accurate manner and according to stated procedures 
• Assist with the implementation of procedures and processes that are  supported by Document Control requirements
• Assist with the management of the Quality Documentation Systems on a day-to-day basis & retention and archiving of our Quality records

Skills and experience:

• Exposure working within a cGMP environment (highly regarded)
• Previous QA experience is (ideal)
• Prior experience in an administrative role or a Quality systems environment (highly desired)
• Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Excel, Outlook and Word
