About the Role

We are seeking applications for the Full Time role of QTIX Event Builder. Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, this role is responsible for the building and checking of events in the QTIX Ticketing System and online through the QTIX Content Management Systems (CMS).

In this role you will:

  • Accurately build events on the ticketing system, ensuring QTIX contractual commitments are met for all hirers.
     
  • Maintain all information relating to each build on the ticketing system.
  • Liaise with QTIX clients to ensure the ticketing information displayed online is accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Liaise with the Information, Communication and Technology Unit in relation to the functions of the computerised ticketing system in the event build process.
  • Develop builds for premium ticketing, extras and other packages, including responsibility for how these are delivered online and through other sales channels.
  • Coordinate the assessment, delivery and build of reporting requirements as they appear.
  • Liaise with Account Managers to provide input and advice into event and venue builds.
  • Create and implement procedure manuals where required.
  • Assist the Managers – Ticketing as required in the delivery of internal and external projects.
  • Assist in the coordination, decision making and assessment of the subscriptions process to deliver accurate and timely builds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to better deliver event and venue solutions.
     
  • Provide a superior and proactive level of customer service to both internal and external clients regarding ticketing system operations.
     

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

  • High level of proficiency in, and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of, the practical applications associated with computerised ticketing systems (or other similar business systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in translating information from contracts or reference sheets into computer-based business systems.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to the provision of consistently exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and successfully manage competing demands by exercising initiative and judgement.
