Qualified Auto Electrician

We are looking for a Qualified Auto Electrician who has previous experience as a Service Technician, to join our team in Sunshine West. A competitive hourly rate will be negotiable dependent on experience.

You will be joining a dedicated, professional team which places emphasis on staff training and development and workplace satisfaction.

About the role :

• Excellent hourly rate on offer for this Permanent role
• Medium to Heavy Truck experience 
• Must be Trade Qualified
• A current drivers license is essential
• Must be reliable, enthusiastic and a team player
• Possess great communication skills both verbal and written
• Full Australian / New Zealand working rights essential

Key duties:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and computer controlled systems used in automotive technology 
• Calibrate and test any electrical components and wiring following installation, repair or upgrade
• Service or replace defective electrical parts and wiring
• Fault finding using multimeter and schematics
• Installing and maintaining pneumatic/electrical systems
• Onsite auto-electrical repairs
• Identifying, reporting and repairing vehicle defects
• Completing assigned duties in a safe, clean, competent and timely manner
