You will liaise with both Tanker Drivers and Fleet Coordinatorsto foresee travel across thecountryside, mainly Southwest Victoria, andassist with breakdowns, diagnose any repair of the vehicles and milk flow meters and assist with the transfer of milk back to depot. About youYou will have: A minimum Certificate 3 mechanical trade qualification / currently undertaking an apprenticeshipPrevious experience in a similar role ideally within the Transport industry with experience working with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systemsA current HC/MC drivers’ licence is desirable, however not essentialExperience working with automatic and manual trucks ideally Volvo’s, Kenworth’s and Mack trucks will be highly regardedThe ability to work unsupervised and work under pressure and can ensure the fleet is maintained to a high standardWe’ll support you withThe opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led companyA competitive annual salary paying between $70k base to $80k base + super.
