About The Project

You’ll be joining the Cross Yarra Partnership Maintenance team, a high-profile tunnel and stations Public Private Partnership supporting a critical urban rail network in Melbourne. Delivered in partnership with key stakeholders including government authorities, operators and contractors, this long-term asset maintenance program plays a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable and high-performing infrastructure for millions of passengers each year.

Working within an established maintenance environment, you’ll contribute to a mature asset management system while helping drive continuous improvement and quality excellence across complex operational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 55001 standards across the asset management system

Coordinate and deliver internal and external audit programs, ensuring timely close-out of findings

Monitor, track and drive corrective actions arising from audits and investigations

Prepare quality performance reports, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Assist in developing and maintaining quality management plans, policies and procedures

Facilitate annual reviews and updates of project management plans and quality documentation

Deliver training and coaching to operational teams on quality processes, systems and continuous improvement methodologies

Support root cause analysis activities, enabling teams to strengthen problem-solving capabilityMaintain document control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and version control

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practice and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

Qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Asset Management or a related discipline

Exposure to quality, compliance, audit or governance environments

Understanding of ISO standards and integrated management systems

Experience supporting audits, document control or quality assurance activities

Familiarity with continuous improvement or structured problem-solving methodologies

Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in infrastructure, rail, construction or maintenance environments (desirable)

Lead Auditor qualification (preferred but not essential)
