About the role

As a member of the Quality team. This role will report the Senior Manager – Customer Quality ANZ and be responsible for supporting our customers through providing product information and managing customer and consumer issues and queries

• Thrive on day to day variety and new challenges.
• Reporting and data analysis of quality and customer performance metrics.
• Key Customer liaison to support and assist with quality / technical related queries and issue resolution.
• Actively contribute to updates of quality processes and documentation.

  About You

• Tertiary qualification in a Science related field
• With at least 2-4 years' experience in the Food industry, an understanding of Food Safety Systems, such as GMP, HACCP, BRC and SQF is desirable.
• Strong Problem-solving skills that can be used daily to resolve issues and prioritise activities.
• Stand out communication skills enabling you to effectively connect, engage and collaborate with others.
• Proven ability to communicate with management, colleagues and all stake holders equally
• Naturally proactive and inquisitive, you will be excited to take on new challenges
• First-rate planning and organizational skills – you'll use your time well and take pride in delivering
