In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of quality, certification and compliance activities across Australia, helping ensure strong data integrity, documentation discipline, audit readiness and timely stakeholder support. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working in a structured, regulated and fast-paced environment while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll be doing

You will support a broad range of operational quality and certification activities, including:

  • Maintaining accurate records, approvals and supporting evidence to ensure traceability and compliance
  • Supporting review and maintenance of quality and certification records, including corrective updates
  • Assisting with internal change control processes, mock recall activities and quality disposition tasks
  • Supporting supplier documentation checks, including Certificate of Analysis (CoA) verification
  • Assisting with product and manufacturer risk analysis activities and maintaining supporting records
  • Supporting product stewardship and regulatory activities, including submissions, notifications and registrations
  • Assisting with restricted/controlled product and embargo screening activities where applicable
  • Maintaining product documentation, label-related data and compliance records across systems and repositories
  • Supporting certification schemes such as organic, kosher and sustainability/RSPO, including audit readiness activities
  • Updating KPI inputs, dashboards and reporting artefacts
  • Responding to routine stakeholder queries and escalating more complex matters where required
  • Contributing to investigations, root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, Food Science/Food Technology or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality & Certification, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs or a similar support/execution role
  • Experience working in a regulated, audit-driven environment
  • Practical understanding of quality management systems, including document control, non-conformance handling, CAPA awareness and change control
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 22000 certification readiness practices
  • Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data integrity and record keeping
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders
  • Confidence using enterprise systems and digital tools; exposure to D365, HSE tools, Power BI or document repositories will be highly regarded
