About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Quality & Inventory Control Coordinator to play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting the successful execution of documentation-heavy, contract-driven projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring every shipment is fully compliant, traceable, and documentation-complete before dispatch. In this position, quality is not just inspection, it is contractual protection.
Key Responsibilities include:
Compiling, reviewing, and validating QA documentation packages
Ensuring full traceability and compliance prior to shipment release
Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for defects or discrepancies
Reconciling inventory records to maintain accuracy and audit readiness
Coordinating closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Suppliers to resolve documentation gaps
Supporting on-time delivery by preventing QA-related shipment delays
We are looking for:
3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance (QA), quality documentation, or inventory control
Experience working with contract-driven or compliance-sensitive projects
Strong knowledge of QA documentation, traceability, and inspection processes
ERP/inventory system experience (preferably SAGE)
Exceptional attention to detail and takes ownership and accountability for compliance outcomes
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, mining, or industrial environments preferred
