Quality Assurance Associate

Myofunctional Research Co. (MRC) is an international company who develops dental appliances and educational media that focuses on treating the causes of crooked teeth, jaw joint problems and airway dysfunction. The company’s main goal is to make a lifelong positive impact on the development and health of children and adults.

Myofunctional Research Co. is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Associate to join the team. This challenging and busy role requires a confident and intuitive individual who has previous quality assurance experience.
 

Position Purpose

Implement, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with applicable global regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the design, development, manufacture and distribution of medical devices.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Maintaining QMS documentation , including update of SOPs, Wis and other document control related activities
• Undertaking Internal Audits within organization and amongst business partners for supplier control
• Coordinate the CAPA process & Non-conformance Process
• eQMS (Greenlight Guru) process management 
• Customer feedback/Complaint process management 
• Training QMS for employees

Required knowledge and experience:

• Experience in auditing
• Knowledge of Quality Standards relevant to manufacture and distribution of medical devices
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or 1SO 9001.
• Although not essential, familiarity with MDSAP
