Are you ready to elevate your career in the dynamic world of pharmaceuticals? We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate. 


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Document Control:

Dive into the heart of our document management system, playing a crucial role in shaping our quality procedures. Your expertise will drive the preparation and revision of essential quality documents.

Non-Conformance, Deviations, Complaints, and Recalls:

Be the first line of defence against quality challenges, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.

Your investigations will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our products.

Corrective and Preventive Action:

Lead CAPA initiatives like a maestro, investigating, planning, implementing, and ensuring GMP standards are met.

Change Management:

Be a change champion, taking ownership of Change Requests and guiding cross-functional teams through the implementation of required changes.

Risk Management:

Your risk assessments will contribute to the foundation of our Quality Management System.

Desired Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant scientific qualifications (eg. Pharmacy / Medical Science / Bio Science).

Experience: 

  • Experience of 1-2 years in a sterile/non-sterile manufacturing environment
  • Experience in development and maintenance of Quality Systems.
  • Experience with regulators of Animal Health (eg. APVMA, TGA).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  •  Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized
  • High attention to detail
  • Competency with common IT software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Competency in project and task management
