Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through data, insights, and collaboration? Join IAG as a Quality Assurance Consultant and play a key role in shaping the performance and risk maturity of our Retail Insurance Australia (RIA) division.
You’ll go beyond traditional assurance work, partnering with stakeholders across the Distribution business to uncover risks, identify improvement opportunities, and influence better outcomes. You’ll design and implement assurance techniques, analyse performance data, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and uplift operational standards. 
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality assurance professional who is passionate about governance, enterprise thinking, and driving meaningful change in a complex and dynamic environment. 
This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Review work quality and processes to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement across business units. 
• Analyse performance data to uncover insights that support safer, more efficient and consistent operations.
• Support risk and governance activities by reinforcing expectations and sharing practical guidance with teams.
• Collaborate with operational partners and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of assurance activities that strengthen service and compliance.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally within frontline or customer facing environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that inform decision-making and performance improvement.
• Experience in report writing that communicates complex findings clearly and persuasively.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for enterprise-wide thinking and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with insurance operations and tools such as Tableau, Nexidia, Verint, or NICE are desirable.
