Quality Assurance Manager

Our Client:

Our Client is a large scale consulting and technology environment delivering complex programs where governance, delivery performance, and quality outcomes matter. The culture is pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome focused, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lift delivery consistency across a program of work.

What you’ll do:

• Lead quality assurance across a portfolio of initiatives, acting as the subject matter expert for quality outcomes
• Plan and manage project and operational activities across assigned workstreams
• Define project scope with stakeholders and manage milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Establish and maintain documentation standards across the program of works
• Support delivery of contractual and operational commitments through strong governance rhythms
• Monitor performance using metrics, reporting, and status updates to ensure high quality delivery
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks in line with approved plans

• NV1 Clearance is Required, NV2 will be preferable
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance, project management, or related roles
• Experience working across complex programs or portfolios
• Strong capability in business operations management
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
