Quality Coordinator

An excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to grow their skills in auditing and compliance management. The Quality Coordinator will be based in the field, travelling to DCR houses to ensure they meet standards and quality levels.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, the organisation is dedicated to participant care, health, safety, and well-being. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure business and associated system compliance with DCR’s policy & practice and legislative standards. 


• Working with Human Resources in all mandatory and regulatory compliance for all staff, ensuring WFM outputs are achieving of the compliance markers and measures and reporting as required. 


• Recording of incidents and events, triaging and escalating key issues in accordance with policy and procedural requirements. 


• Conduct environmental, house audits in DCR client houses. 


• Ensure the accuracy of and regularly conduct quality audits of electronic and hard copy administrative systems and records. 

The successful candidate will possess:

• A willingness to develop skills and a genuine interest in learning are a priority. 


• A genuine interest and passion for auditing and compliance maintenance. 


• A keen interest in the disability and child safety sector.
