Quality Coordinator

The client
A fantastic opportunity has risen for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join a leading Residential Aged Care prover. This role is permanent part-time 3 days per week. They are a highly regarded organisation, situated north of the river with a dynamic team who will support your journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and Aged Care Act
- Monitor industry changes in industry quality/compliance legislation and manage organisation responses
- Demonstrate statistical, evaluation and report writing abilities
- Monitor feedback and support managers in responding to feedback
- Liaise with Facility Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager
- Provide quality reports with analysis and recommendations
- Conduct on-site auditing where required
The successful candidate
- Experience in a Quality role preferably in an aged care environment
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Standards
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail
- AHPRA Registration if applicable
- National Police Clearance check within the last 6 months or willing to obtain one
- Up to date Covid and Flu vaccination
- Excellent communication skills
