Quality Engineer

To support the adoption, evolution, and maintenance of the Quality
Engineering capability within a group of business units, to maximize agility,
accelerate test automation adoption, and unlock efficiencies.

Work Experience-

• At least 15 years’ experience in
  the automation, development and testing fields.
  

·         At least 8 years senior or managerial IT
experience, as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager of digital products
in an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work,
including operation support.

·         Demonstrated experience in implementing
technical solutions in large scale, complex and distributed environments.

·         Advanced understanding of all aspects of
the technology’s broader operational environment (i.e., processes, procedures,
associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).

• Strong Manual and Automated testing
  experience, including demonstrated success with implementing Automated
  Testing solutions
  
• Demonstrated experience with a
  variety of licenced and open-source automation tools, frameworks,
  scripting languages (e.g. UFT, Rest Assured, Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium,
  Cucumber, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Java etc.)
  
• Experience with the agile
  development process and developing code in alignment with coding standards
  and business processes.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing
  automated testing, both in terms of process and tools (e.g., Microfocus
  ALM, Jira, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.)
  
• Demonstrated experience with
  creating Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development
  (TDD) test automation frameworks compatible with diverse technology
  stacks.
  
• Demonstrated design and development
  experience with testing aspects of DevOps including IaC for continuous
  testing purposes using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins or AzureDevOps.
  
• Demonstrated
  design and development experience with GenAI for test use cases
  (preferably with OpenAI and LangChain4J).
  
• Solid
  understanding of engineering principles, products, and services in a
  hybrid cloud environment, with a technical background.
