The Quality & Improvement lead will be experienced in quality audits, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged care Health & Home Quality Standards

- Permanent Full Time
To be successful in this role you will have
- Demonstrated experience in the auditing, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged Care health and home.
- Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and quality standards for aged Care health and home.
- An understanding of the Healthcare quality and compliance standards and the ability to pragmatically apply them in an operational setting
- The ability to build positive relationships and work in partnerships with service delivery teams to achieve outcomes
- A strong background in developing and delivering training and coaching in the clinical space combined with a track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and qualities required
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a systematic, thorough and accurate approach to your work
- Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a large fast paced environment
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship building skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a Clinical or Health Discipline
