We're partnering with a highly respected aged care provider seeking a strategic Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence organisation-wide governance, strengthen quality systems and help shape the future of residential aged care.

This is far more than a traditional quality role.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Residential Services you'll provide strategic and operational oversight across governance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver exceptional care, strong clinical governance and outstanding outcomes for residents, families and employees.

• Contractor Compliance

• Consumer Experience

You'll work collaboratively with leaders and department managers to strengthen organisational performance, provide governance assurance, manage strategic risk and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

You'll inherit well-established governance systems and continue enhancing them, bringing fresh ideas, strategic thinking and contemporary best practice to an organisation recognised for its positive culture and commitment to excellence.

About You

You'll be a collaborative leader who enjoys improving systems, influencing positive change and partnering with operational leaders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in Quality, Risk & Compliance within aged care or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

• Experience leading accreditation, audits and regulatory compliance activities

• Well-developed governance and enterprise risk management capability

• Excellent investigation, analytical and report writing skills

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A passion for continuous improvement, organisational excellence and resident outcomes

Qualifications in Nursing, Health Management, Quality, Governance, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
