Full-Time (38 hrs) | Mon–Fri 

We’re on the lookout for a dependable, detail-driven team player to join our K&B Torrensville Support Office in a Quoting Administration role.

If you thrive in a structured admin environment, enjoy working with data, and take pride in accuracy—this could be the perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working to an allocated job schedule to keep things moving smoothly


• Preparing and processing quotes in line with quoting and material guidelines


• Updating and editing existing quotes as required


• Supporting Trade Account Managers with accurate and timely information


• Delivering a high level of internal customer service

What you’ll bring:

• Strong PC and data entry skills


• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic


• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Timber or hardware knowledge (a bonus—but we’ll train you if you’re keen to learn!)
