Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the field of Radiology? Bayer is seeking a talented Radiology Solutions Specialist to join our Victorian team. In this pivotal role, you will implement sales strategies aligned with our marketing brand plan, drive growth in the radiology business, and enhance our relationships with key opinion leaders

• Sales Implementation: Execute agreed sales strategies to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets within your territory.
• Budget Management: Manage territory expenditure, ensuring costs remain within the allocated promotional budget.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain high levels of customer focus through regular contact and superior service
•  Education & Training: Provide in-service education to support best practices in the administration of Bayer’s product range in clinical settings.
• Business Planning: Develop, implement, and regularly review a comprehensive business plan to achieve overall business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with core and dynamic team members, co-creating strategies that place the customer at the heart of our initiatives.
• Reporting: Provide detailed quantitative and qualitative business reports to the Squad Lead as required.

Does this sound like you?

•  Approximately 5 years of sales experience managing complex medical portfolios.
•  Proven experience managing key strategic accounts in radiology or related medical fields.
• Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
•  A demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare procurement models and processes, along with the ability to negotiate complex business contracts.
