Your Opportunity
Queensland Rail has an opportunity to join our Training and Development Team in the role of Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Program Adviser.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage Contractor Training Panel KPIs and provide guidance on Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Program requirements. Drawing on your stakeholder engagement skills, analytical thinking and competency management system expertise, you will play a key role in delivering a critical national program and shaping a capable, compliant and future-ready rail workforce.
