Real Estate Facilities & Projects Manager

Are you looking to step up into commercial real estate facilities management and project management?

We are seeking a confident, ethical individual who is high energy, target driven with excellent communication skills and has experience working with systems and structures. Prior experience in Residential or Commercial property management is preferred.  Valid NSW Driver Licence, Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate Agent Licence required.

This exceptional opportunity requires a "can do" problem solving attitude, diligence with deadlines, and strong time management skills.  

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Property Management and Strata Maintenance Schedules & Capital Works Plans
• Managing remedial projects for Property Management and Strata
• Repairs for all Commercial, Residential and Strata properties 
• Managing the Annual Fire Safety Statements
• Property inspections   
• Building relationships with owners and trades 
• Assisting the Portfolio Manager

The work is fast paced and occasionally requires flexibility with work hours, however being in this team will also deliver the opportunity for the right person to advance in our business.
