Job Description: As a Real Estate Photographer and Marketer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. Your photographs will be used in marketing materials, online listings, and promotional content to highlight the unique features and appeal of each property. You will also assist in marketing these properties through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph interior and exterior spaces of properties to create visually appealing images.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.
• Conduct property staging when necessary to ensure the best presentation.
• Maintain and organise a digital portfolio of property images.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Create engaging and attractive property listings for online platforms and marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with photography and marketing trends in the real estate industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Background in photography.
• Exceptional eye for detail and composition.
• Great people skills; able to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about photography and real estate.
• Proactive with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a car for transportation to various property locations.
• All necessary photography equipment will be supplied by the company.
• 5 Years experience preferred
