Real Estate Salesperson - Start Now

Black Property is about to expand into a premium retail location at Fountain Plaza, Erina and we need another salesperson to join us on the journey.

Since opening our doors in 2017 we have reached staggering success in organic growth of our rent roll which now exceeds 425 properties. 

In the last 12 months over 30 properties have sold from our rent roll plus many more missed opportunities. 

This position is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is currently in real estate sales and looking for a fresh change to further their sales career in a rapidly growing organisation with the freedom to operate with full autonomy and the prospect to build a sales team.

We have built a strong reputation of having a high level of integrity and communication in property management and recently we have focused on making the transition to also build that same reputation in sales. 

We are purposeful with building a successful sales department and we have seen recent growth and we are now looking to add another sales agent to our team to continue this growth. 

You will have the unique opportunity to be a part of the early stages and contribute to shaping the sales department. You will also receive an incredible amount of support from the director, support staff, and intentional marketing. 

Real Estate sales experience is required.

Remuneration Options:

• Salary + bonuses + superannuation 
• Debit/credit + bonuses + superannuation 
• Commission only sales agents up to 70%

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate: 

• Impeccable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Be a person of your word and follow through, even if it costs you
• Maintain a high level of service to vendors and buyers
• Work efficiently in autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced small office team environment
• Managing the sales process from start to finish
• Prospect for new listings
• Respond to and close all incoming leads
• Prepare for and attend appraisals
• Liaise with solicitors, vendors and buyers
• Manage prospective buyer enquiries
• Manage referrals across to property management
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic team player with lots of energy
• Assistant Agent Certificate or working towards Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
• Drivers Licence
