Reception & Admin Support
Full Time 38 Hours / Week
Claremont Podiatry is an experienced podiatry clinic located in Claremont, Hobart. We offer a comprehensive range of private podiatry services offered by our experienced podiatry team. We are a progressive private clinic established for over 30 years with an excellent reputation for providing the highest standard of care for our community working with patients from all backgrounds that will best suit their needs.
An exciting opportunity has presented at Claremont Podiatry for 2024 on a full time basis. We are seeking a motivated, team-orientated, passionate team member to join our team to help deliver exceptional podiatry care to our community.
This clinic-based role means you’ll be working between front office reception, administration duties, practice management and podiatry assisting.

COMPETENCIES
1. Good organizational skills to handle multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm.
2. Ability to work with many diverse people.
3. Great Phone skills.
4. Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
5. Must be able to make decisions on workflow and prioritise certain tasks.
6. Ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible.
7. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
8. Ability to work at a high level of accuracy.
