The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk reception as well as providing administrative support to the Legal Team. This is an integral position requiring you to possess excellent customer service and exceptional organisational skills.
The Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing all incoming calls
- Managing the daily mail
- Preparing emails and correspondence
- Assisting with court documents and briefs
- Managing the Deeds Register
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Other duties as required.
The Requirements: To be successful for this position you must possess… - Strong proven experience within a similar role
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong sense of initiative.
- Intermediate MS Office skills
