Our Client is an established provider of boutique serviced apartments located in the Ballarat CBD. With an impressive customer base & the establishment of a strong team, this organisation is one of the market leaders in providing Ballarat with luxury accommodation services.
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking to appoint casual staff to support and represent the front of house team on a casual rotating roster working over 7 days.
The Role:
Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will offer exceptional customer service both in person, on the phone and via email including establishing rapport with existing Corporate clientele. You will demonstrate effective time management skills and have high attention to detail across the administration components of the role including accommodation bookings, corporate functions and customer requests.
Both morning and afternoon shifts are available across the opening hours from 7am to 9pm.
