Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the role

We're seeking two experienced Guest Service Attendant to join the team with one full time and one casual position available. You will be delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable impressions for our guests. As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be checking in and checking out guests, assisting with concierge services, the point of contact for guest enquiries and supporting guest bookings with the Monarto Safari Park with park entry and safari tours. This role requires availability to work across a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About you

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering high-quality guest service in a hotel environment with the ability to go above and beyond for our guests. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential as well as working in a fast paced environment.
