Receptionist - 1300SMILES Cairns Central

Join Our Team as a Casual Receptionist and work across our 1300SMILES practices in Cairns Central and Smithfield! 

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, friendly, and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy dental practice​​​​​​! Must be available for an immediate start and have the availability to work on Saturdays. 

• Greet and welcome patients with a smile
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
• Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications.
• Experience with file keeping and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to cover Saturday shifts.
• Available for an immediate start and work across 1300SMILES Cairns Central and 1300SMILES Smithfield
