Receptionist - 1300Smiles Springfield Lakes

1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist on a Casual Basis.

Includes Saturdays and two weekdays per week

At Springfield Lakes, patient care is our number one priority. Our team pride themselves on making our patients feel at ease and relaxed when attending our dental practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.  Your varied responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven dental experience in a reception role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
