Receptionist

Mazzei
Group is seeking an organised and professional Receptionist to provide a consistent
front-of-house experience and deliver reliable administrative support across
the business. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and
external partners, ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.

About the Role

In this position,
you will:

• Provide a professional and
  welcoming reception service


• Manage incoming calls, emails
  and visitor inquiries


• Maintain the presentation of
  reception, meeting rooms, kitchen and shared areas


• Coordinate room bookings,
  refreshments, catering and visitor access


• Manage mail, couriers,
  deliveries and office supplies


• Support the Executive
  Assistant with general administrative tasks


• Follow established office
  procedures, including opening and closing routines


• Escalate office or building
  issues as required


• Uphold confidentiality,
  professionalism and Mazzei’s values in all interactions

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a receptionist
  or front-of-house position


• Strong organisational and
  administrative skills


• Clear written and verbal
  communication


• Ability to manage competing
  priorities in a fast-paced environment


• High attention to detail and
  pride in maintaining a professional workspace


• Confidence interacting with
  staff, contractors, suppliers and clients


• Proficiency in Microsoft
  Office; SharePoint experience beneficial
