About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients — in person and over the phone — ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with empathy and professionalism

• Managing appointments and maintaining an organised schedule

• Handling phone and email enquiries

• Processing payments and managing client accounts

• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience highly regarded)

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Shows compassion and understanding towards clients and their pets

• Works well both independently and as part of a team
