Your Mission:🚀
The role of the Receptionist is to provide a welcoming and great first impression to all people at PropertyMe’s head office. This role is primarily responsible for inbound phone calls, emails and provides stakeholder support to ensure the smooth running of the office and positively contributes to the PropertyMe culture.
Responsibilities 🏢
Responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
○ Sales Database ○ Additional Portfolio requests ○ Sales administration communication channels ○ Distributing sales discounts, codes and extended trials to sales team members
