Located on Brisbane’s Northside we have an exciting opportunity available for a new team member to join our busy team. 

 Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

 Reception duties

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients face to face and over the phone
• Mail/deliveries/Collection
• Responsible for the presentation of the office
• Office supplies and organising of maintenance
• Organising Pre Employment Medicals
• Supporting Payroll and Accounts with Administration Support
• Entry Of employee details into the Data Base 
• Supporting the Business with other Duties as they come to hand

Ideally you will have had a background in Administration, have the capacity to think on your feet, work effectively as part of a team and have a genuine interest to work as part of a team.
