The Garage Door Guys is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team.

- Permanent - Full-time position
- Based in Lonsdale
- Possibility to undertake a Certificate 3 in Business & Administration for the right applicant.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. We require the successful applicant to have great communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers face to face and on the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, be able to multi task, follow office procedures and be a supportive team member.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Front desk reception
- Answering the phone
- Booking jobs
- Taking payments
- General clerical duties
- Assist other staff with administrative tasks when required
About you:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent computer skills (knowledge of Apple products an advantage but not essential)
- Customer focused
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Hard working with great initiative
- Ability to multi task and be well organised
