Classification Level: 3 ($48.09 to $51.56/hr (includes 25% loading))

THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated, reliable and client-focused person to assist us in the delivery of Reception and Administrative services at our Nambour office on an ongoing, casual basis.
This role will be required to work Fridays (full day) and other shifts as necessary to provide coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
· Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or eligibility to attain one.
· Experience in reception and administration support, along with advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 356, as well as file management and archiving.
· Experience in the use of switchboard/phone call handling and dealing with people in a ‘meet and greet’ capacity.
· Well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
· Capacity to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Understanding of, and commitment to, upholding the principles of social justice.
· Willingness to partake in police/background checks as required by the organisation.
