Receptionist - Architecture - Rewarding Work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests, and responding to queries via phone and email
• Maintaining stock of stationary and other office supplies
• Organising social and office events
• Providing support to directors 
• Managing flight/hotel bookings
• Ad hoc admin tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Immaculately presented
• Driving and having a car is beneficial as public transport is not very accessible
